Scott Cernigoj

Originally born and raised in the Bay Area, Scott discovered his passion for construction while attending Chico State University majoring in Construction Management and his summer internships. After graduating, his move to Southern California was decided and there was no looking back. Starting off in ground-up public work projects for the VA & Port of Long Beach, he then decided to switch gears to go with a start-up tenant improvement company where he was able to develop an understanding for the Orange County/LA/San Diego markets. Over 10 years he helped 3 companies start-up and get to over 75M in revenue. That is when Scott realized his love for client relationships and growth. He has spent 20 years developing a client base that he holds closely to his heart to this day. On his free time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, golfing and anything in the great outdoors. He is a proud father of his son Cayden who is 5 years old.

Matt Kasch

SoCal Native, Matt has grown into the construction industry over the past 20 years. After graduating from Chico State, Matt was directly put into a leadership role with a specialized bulletproofing company. From that point, Matt then turned to general contracting where he built himself into a key player in our industry. His attention to detail and project execution has built his reputation over time. He is a proud father of two and enjoys the outdoors.
